Ode to Hetalia
Around the clock, around the world,
Across the globe, the flag unflured,
When countries soon start fights and wars,
There's only one who adores.
For love of pasta changes minds,
Which helps the peace today refined,
Of all the hearts and soul rejoice,
Away goes one: the loudest voice.
All the sights around the town,
The one you see, smiling down,
Around the town you see him there,
Oh, Italy! Just smell the air!
Around the clock, around the world,
Across the globe, the flag unflured,
When countries soon start fights and wars,
There's only one who adores.
For love of pasta changes minds,
Which helps the peace today refined,
Of all the hearts and soul rejoice,
Away goes one: the loudest voice.
All the sights around the town,
The one you see, smiling down,
Around the town you see him there,
Oh, Italy! Just smell the air!
This poem is from an anime show called Hetalia. Its talking about all the countries from every where around the world. This poem means of how time pasts all around the world, with all the flags unfurling with their country’s pride. Every country always starts fights and wars, but they all love one country the most. Pasta makes them change their minds and help make peace. That every person and country, happy with their hearts and soul at their fullest. There is one that talks the most, who is the loudest, and always smiling. If you turn the corner, you’ll see Italy, smelling the happiness in the air.
NIGHT TERRORS
"Tick tock goes the clock
And what then shall we see?
Tick tock until the day
That thou shalt marry me"
Tick tock goes the clock
And what now shall we play?
Tick tock goes the clock
Now Summer’s gone away?
Tick tock goes the clock
And all the years they fly
Tick tock and all too soon
You and I must die
Tick tock goes the clock
He cradled and he rocked her
Tick tock goes the clock
Even for the Doctor…
Tick tock, goes the clock
And all the years they fly.
Tick tock, and all too soon
Your love will surely die.
Doctor brave and good
He turned away from violence
When he understood
The falling of the Silence.
Tick tock, goes the clock
He cradled and he rocked her.
Tick tock, goes the clock
Till River kills the Doctor
Tick tock, goes the clock
He gave all he could give her
Tick tock, goes the clock
Now prison waits for River

Searching for Happiness
The baneful hue red of the Philosopher’s Stone
Which caused so much sacrifice and misery unknown
Men of Amestris searching for happiness and power to make things right
But instead they found death which wasn’t to their delight
To bring back their dear mother was all the Elrics had been desiring
Struggling to find the right formula for years was quite tiring
The two young brothers did something forbidden by alchemists
Focusing all their energy and bringing to the ground their fists
Water, 35 liters, Carbon, 20 kilograms, all the Elrics needed to commence
Little did they know what would be the consequence
Through the Gate of Truth, the two travelled by
Equivalent Exchange caused the brothers to almost die
Searching for the Philosopher’s Stone now was their only goal
Trying to bring back their mother had a toll
Edward Elric had lost his arm and leg in the past
Now he was going to use the stone to bring his limbs back
But the brothers had to face their past, for they cannot atone
The damage that wrought with the wretched stone
The blood of Edward’s own arm and leg had been shed
He was about to give up hope before he found out that the Philosopher’s Stone was ahead
Their search would be difficult; the two brothers would often sleuth
But they would uncover what they have finally been looking for--the truth
The baneful hue red of the Philosopher’s Stone
When will you cease to exist and leave mankind alone?

The baneful hue red of the Philosopher’s Stone
When will you cease to exist and leave mankind alone?
By Edward Elric
This poem is about Edward and Alphonse Elric with their journey for the stone.
The Philosopher’s Stone is a stone that many people wanted in the country of Amestris and the outer countries for it can grant you ultimate god like powers. When it says ‘sacrifice’ it means the hundredth of thousands of people and their blood that was needed to make the stone. They just wanted happiness but death would always come in their way.
The brothers, who are Alphonse and Edward Elric, wanted to bring their mother back who died from a sickness she has been suffering for years. So the brothers searched for a formula for years until they had found it. The forbidden alchemy by alchemist themselves, that is frowned upon, human transmutation. They got everything they need for transmuting their mother, and started to commence the transmutation. But since they were small they didn’t know the consequences of what was going to happen after they had done it. When they past the Gate of Truth, the law of equivalent exchange had happened and nearly caused both to die.
So they started looking for the Philosopher’s stone to bring back Al’s body and Ed’s arm and leg, for since the law of equivalent exchange had happened, they had lost it, in turn for their mother who wasn’t properly made. So through all that, they had searched and knew it was going to be hard, but once they had found it, they instead found the truth. The Philosopher’s Stone, is something they would wished, be destroyed.

Instead Of Blue
My sweet Ciel, Eyes of blue,
What kind of person is deep within you?
The one not coated in layers of hate,
No one could save you; for it was too late.
You gave your soul for a demon slave,
Bitter sweet revenge is all that you crave,
But there was a time when you were sweet,
Until death and despair you had to meet.
My dear Ciel, With a broken smile,
You're happiness only lasted awhile.
Your heart broken that can never heal,
Gave away your soul for a silly deal.
You think Sebastian cares for you,
I'm sorry but that was never true,
He's wanted your soul from the very start,
Wanted to devour it and rip you apart.
My dear Ciel, How does it feel,
To know that demons are actually real,
No one could save you and now it's too late,
Never can you enter through heavens gate.
You're mother and father killed by a fire,
Revenge is all you crave and desire,
A butler to help you with you're every need,
But he is only blinded by burning greed.
Life to you was just a game of chess,
You wanted the most and nothing left,
So in the end; Did you stand or fall?
Did the fragile king lose it all?
My dear Ciel, I always knew,
You're eyes should be red.
Instead of blue.

Demon Within
I feel it in my heart, that awful need
Too unlock the demon that lies within me.
Over the years, I’ve heard their words.
Heard their scorn, felt their cords.
That bound me, keeping me locked away
Keeping me captive, keeping me as prey.
My blood is only half, so they would say.
The demon blood within me, cursed by my father
Then there was the blood of a human, blessed by my mother.
Together as one it proved to be
The half demon I was, that made me.
They feared what laid within my blood.
Trying to destroy my spirit whenever they could.
But for whatever reason, my spirit held firm.
Until at this moment, now it is torn.
Foolish men think they can stand, think they can fight
Against my demon blood, my power, my very might.
My blood runs hot inside my veins
My spirit has become wild and untamed
My eyes are scorching, piercing, glaring.
My claws are slicing, ripping, tearing.
And there you stand watching my every move
Watching as I slaughter these men, watching what I do.
Your eyes hold both hurt and worry and seem to shimmer.
But there is something else, something that seems to glimmer.
You don’t try to run, you do not flee
Instead you cry out and run to me.
Your arms wrap about me, in your fear.
The death around me, it brings you tears.
I feel their blood upon my hands.
You will die, you have no chance.
I will toy with you, like a mouse.
My souls on fire, it can’t be dosed.
I seek your life.
I seek your death.
I seek your blood.
Your final breath.
My fangs have sharpened.
My claws are long.
A desire to kill,
The will is strong.
Many are helpless and many will die.
But you stand firm and seem to defy.
My very nature.
My very goal.
My very self.
My very soul.
Your touch is gentle and seems to sting.
That unruly monster deep within me.
Your warmth is binding, I must break free.
I feel myself begin to fade
The darkness is clearing, with my hate.
But my heart is dark and taint
And so again rises the hate
That bids me to spill your blood
To take away your life
To cease the beating of your heart.
I dig my claws into your flesh
The blood begins to stream, wet and fresh.
The scent is overwhelming and fuels my desire.
Fueling my hate, fueling the fire.
My lip begins to curl, revealing my fangs
I will feed on your blood, feed on your pain.
Your touch cannot save you
Nor can your voice
I can no longer feel you.
I have no other choice.
The hate that I feel is clouding my eyes
It binds me more than you’ll ever realize.
I seek your life.
I seek your death.
I seek your blood.
Your final breath.
I seek your pain.
I seek your will.
I’ll leave a mark
I’ll leave a chill.
Still you are calm and seem to know
That the hate within me is beginning to grow.
Your embrace becomes stronger trying to fight
That burning desire that rages inside.
You pause a moment, your mind begins to race,
You’ve come to a solution and don’t hesitate.
As you lean toward me slow yet sure
Your heart is beating fast but pure.
Your lips gently touch, firmly against mine
Trying to subdue, the demon that dwells inside.
My grip tightens, I will not give in
You can never calm, my demon within.
Inside I laugh, at your pathetic act.
You’d never love me, never accept
What I am, how I see the world
You’d only pretend, only even the score
Take my heart, is what you plan
And crush it then within your hands.
No, I won’t allow you to
Won’t fall into your trap
I will break from you
I will get myself back.
I seek your life.
I seek your death.
I seek your blood.
Your final breath.
I seek your pain.
I seek your will.
I’ll leave a mark
I’ll leave a chill.
Again, I sink my claws deeper into your skin
Causing more blood to flow, causing more pain.
Yet you never budge, never pull away
Your lips still against mine, as if to stay.
What is this, can this really be?
Could you really be trying to save me?
But why would you do that?
Why would risk your life?
How could you do that?
What is your reason why?
A flicker of hate flashes once more
For some reason, I can’t let go.
Your love is overpowering and seems so strong.
Your touch is comforting yet nothing seems wrong.
In my heart I finally know,
That you really must love me,
For so you have shown.
For if it couldn’t be true,
Then how could you?
Stay so loyally beside me,
All this time thru.
This change that I am cursed with
This hell that I live in.
I can now let go, of that horrible desire.
I can now kill the demon, destroy the fire.
Slowly my heart begins, to regain
The precious purities that I had lost, destroying all my pain.
My fangs are dull once more, my claws return to size.
Then the darkness finally clears, from my open eyes.
Your eyes are shut, as you hold tight.
Never let go, you will win the fight.
Now that I can see
That you love me
I won’t go back
Won’t fall for the trap.
I will always love you
Not matter what you do
For as you see,
That’s what you did for me.
I was about to kill you, drink your blood
You never left me, never would.
I feel myself begin to drift.
Soon I release, my awful grip.
Then on my mouth I taste your lips.
I am uncertain and cannot react.
Instead I close my eyes and let it go.
I let you hold me, let you free.
Let you go, to let you see.
What your love has done,
What all your fighting won.
My heart, once again is pure.
My soul, because of you, is cured.
Your eyes begin to open as we cease our kiss
Yet you still hold me, making our love still exist.
Your eyes are worried and afraid.
Wondering if, I’ve really changed.
I cannot stop the tears that begin to rise.
As I gaze into, those nervous eyes.
Suddenly I pull, you into my arms
How could have I, ever caused such harm?
Through all that pain, all that hell.
You never stumbled, never fell.
So here can we stay, in each others warmth.
So here can we stay, and never be torn.
From each others love, from each others heart.
Couldn’t we just stay, and never depart.
I seek your heart.
I seek your touch.
I seek your voice.
I seek your love.

Cosplay
Anticipation bubbles
as convention dates draw near
and all my feelings muddle
my excitement, joy and fear
we’ll get our costumes ready
all my geeky friends and I
with seams and brushes steady
wielding paint and glue and dye
we toil for love of fandom
and the characters we choose
pose solo or in tandem
in so many different shoes
always ready for pictures
we enjoy our fleeting fame
ignore the hateful strictures
no wrong way to play this game
for a moment in our lives
break away from all that’s real
and we’re satisfied to strive
to our own ego ideal
for the fiction we adore
work our fingers to the bone
not a hobby, something more
when we cosplay, we’re at home

This poem talks about how cosplay lets our minds be free and be in the world of the fiction that we adore. Going in costumes and being like them takes us to a different and more exciting world.
Little black box called Television!
I watch it
Morning, day and night
The plasma screens are quite a sight
Soap Operas, Reality Shows, Movies
I watch anything there is to see
But the little black box called Television
Gets on my nerves
Images of other people’s life it serves
As a daily dish to my vision
Even my own ideas about fashion
Are ruthlessly destroyed in its mission
To impose on me of how to live
But I love Television
I am addicted to Television
Like glue is to paper
Or love making is to a beginner
I am its concubine with my permission
Please at me, don't point a finger
When I am lonely
It is easier to pretend
The images presented by TV
Are my friends
When I am horny
Without sounding funny
I can make love in my bed
After breakfast in bed
To anyone from the TVs images
Now endorsed into my head
That little black box
Sucks, it really sucks
It is just a vicious circle
